Introduction:

*The garlic peeling production line is an automated and continuous processing production line designed for efficient processing of garlic with skin and completion of finished product packaging. It is widely used in food processing plants and deep processing of agricultural products.

*The complete process of the production line from raw material processing to finished product output is as follows: firstly, the elevator automatically transports the garlic with skin from the storage area to the starting point of the production line; Subsequently, the garlic clover machine separates the whole garlic into independent cloves. The segmented garlic cloves enter the garlic peeling machine to remove the garlic skin. After peeling, the garlic kernels are screened by a color sorter to remove residual skin, moldy or damaged garlic cloves. Qualified garlic kernels are then sent to a fruit and vegetable cleaning machine to remove dust and microorganisms. The cleaned garlic kernels are quickly removed of surface moisture by a fruit and vegetable air dryer. Finally, the vertical packaging machine completes the packaging.

*The entire production line has the advantages of high automation (saving 70% of labor), low loss (damage rate ≤ 3%), and compliance with HACCP hygiene standards. A: Adjust the friction pressure or airflow intensity of the peeling machine;
