A: The evaporator is a autoclave.The difference here is that our retorter can perform a variety of processes, namely water spraying,water soaking and steam-air, except for saturated steam, with or without horizontal or rotational stirring.

 Q5: How to Maintain and Care for a High-Temperature High-Pressure Sterilization Kettle?

A: 1) Regular Cleaning: Clean the interior of the equipment regularly to prevent the accumulation of scale and debris, which can affect heating efficiency.
2) Check Sealing Components: Inspect seals, door gaskets, and other sealing components periodically. Replace any that are worn or damaged promptly.
3) Instrument Calibration: Regularly calibrate instruments such as pressure gauges and temperature sensors to ensure accurate measurements.
4) Lubricate Moving Parts: Apply lubrication to moving parts of the equipment to reduce wear and extend its service life.
