Q1. How to quickly debug packaging parameters during initial use? 

A:Adjust the bag length according to the material size first (set through the control panel or mechanical adjustment lever);
Set packaging speed (starting from low speed and gradually increasing to steady state);
Adjust the edge sealing temperature (depending on the packaging film material: PE film about 120-180 ℃, composite film about 150-220 ℃);
Calibrate the material conveying positioning to ensure that the material enters the packaging film in the center.

Q2. Is the sealing of the packaging film not secure or missing? 

A: Possible reasons: low heat sealing temperature, insufficient heat sealing knife pressure, mismatched packaging film material;
Solution: Increase the heat sealing temperature (5-10 ℃ each time), adjust the spring pressure of the heat sealing knife, and replace the suitable heat sealing packaging film.

Q3. What materials is the pillow packaging machine suitable for? 

A: Pillow packaging machine is mainly suitable for solid materials in block, strip, sheet, and regular shapes, such as biscuits, bread, instant noodles, masks, stationery, hardware parts, etc. For materials that are prone to scattering, liquid or irregular in shape (such as powders, sauces), specialized feeding devices or customized molds are required.

Q4. Is there wrinkling or deviation after packaging? 

A: Possible reasons: uneven tension of the film material, wear of the traction wheel, and material positioning deviation;
Solution: Adjust the tension rod of the film frame (with consistent tightness), replace worn traction wheels or clean the oil stains on the wheel surface, and calibrate the material conveying track of the feeding device.

Q5. What parameters need to be adjusted for packaging films of different materials? 

A: Heat sealing temperature: Aluminum foil composite film>Aluminum plated film>PE film (refer to the recommendations of the film material supplier for details);
Heat sealing time: For thick films, the heat sealing time needs to be extended, while for thin and brittle films, it needs to be shortened to avoid burning through;
Traction speed: Match with packaging speed to prevent film stretching or wrinkling.
